Dynamic Planner set to explore client understanding at Personal Finance Society regional events

11 October 2019: This week marks the start of the Personal Finance Society’s (PFS) series of regional events, where Dynamic Planner will be exploring client understanding. The events will take place in 25 locations around the UK, with the first taking place this week.

Chris Jones, Dynamic Planner’s Proposition Director, will be one of several speakers at each event. He will talk about the conundrum of client understanding: how to achieve it; the dangers of failing to achieve it; misconceptions; and behavioural psychology and investment – backed by some of the early insight and learnings Dynamic Planner has from its two year project that was recently launched with Henley Business School.

Yasmina Siadatan, Marketing Director of Dynamic Planner, said: “Over the past 10 years, we have seen the world of investment shifting from complexity and minute detail to a more modern concept of sellers understanding their clients and to client understanding.

“This is a refreshing change and one that we want to continue. Partnering with the PFS gives us an amazing opportunity to speak directly to advice firms, and help them in their ongoing efforts in making complex things simple for their clients.”

Keith Richards, CEO of the Personal Finance Society, said: “The Personal Finance Society’s Regional Conferences offer members a full day of topical, insightful and business relevant CPD, delivered by leading subject specialists.

“Attendance also offers the opportunity to network and share good practice with your professional peers, local to where you live and/or work.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
