accurate data, trusted models and insights, proven workflows and Advice-grade AI™ - New brand identity and company vision unveiled for an agentic world where everyone can access the financial advice they need and firms can serve them profitably and at scale
London, 29 October 2026 – At its exclusive Transforming Advice: Revealed event at Outernet in London’s West End, Dynamic Planner announced its agentic upgrade to unlock trusted advice at scale. The upgrade is designed to unlock further capacity for firms to serve more clients.
Adviser capacity is a fundamental industry challenge. Fragmented data, disconnected systems and administration often limit how many clients each adviser can serve. The upgrade builds on Dynamic Planner’s existing deep automations to enable firms to serve more clients, more efficiently, without compromising advice quality. It frees up time for advisers to focus on the human relationships at the heart of their business.
The upgrade brings together accurate data, trusted models and insights, proven workflows and Advice-grade AI™ to transform how financial advice is delivered. The company also unveiled its refreshed brand and vision for unlocking trusted advice at scale in the agentic age.
Accurate, normalised data. Dynamic Planner now imports and normalises data from over 150 asset managers, 30 platforms, CRMs and back-office systems. Connectors to Microsoft 365 and Zoom are now live along with the ability to push all fact find data back to Intelligent Office. These integrations provide consistent ‘normalised’ data definitions on which firms can base their use of AI and agents.
Trusted models and insights. Firms can now build their own multi-channel journeys on Dynamic
Planner’s data, models and insights using the new licence. Dynamic Planner’s asset risk model profiles over £280 billion of assets. Dynamic Planner analyses £129 billion of client assets on behalf of firms, giving firms daily insights about their clients, advisers and firms.
Automated, proven workflows. Dynamic Planner already supports £1.3 billion of investment recommendations each month. Its average suitability letter generation time is 4 minutes, and agentic meeting summaries are saving advisers 70 minutes per meeting.
Advice-grade AI™. Advice-grade AI means that firms can rely on its security and suitability for regulated advice. Dynamic Planner uses the best large language model for each task, ensuring the optimal blend of cost and effectiveness. It evaluates models using anonymised data from over 1.3 million advised clients. Client data is never used to train models. Advisers retain control and professional judgement. Dynamic Planner was the first UK FinTech to be certified to ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management systems, meaning firms can be confident in their data security.
New evidence of capacity already being created
Dynamic Planner also shared findings from its groundbreaking Creating Capacity study of 659 established mid-market advice firms over a 19-month observation period. Among the highest-performing firms, called ‘Transformers’ by Dynamic Planner, average clients served per adviser rose 41%, from 131 to 185, while time spent on the platform increased by only around 3% as a result of automation.
The analysis also found 22% growth in market-adjusted assets per adviser, from £55 million to £67 million, while also increasing or at least maintaining client Financial Happiness scores.
These findings highlight what the Transformers are already achieving with Dynamic Planner’s existing technology, before the full impact of agentic AI. The agentic upgrade builds on this progress and is designed to unlock further capacity for firms to serve more clients.
Ben Goss, founder and CEO of Dynamic Planner, said: “Our groundbreaking research covering 659 established mid-market firms over a 19-month period already shows that the Transformers are serving 41% more clients on average and growing their assets under advice by £12 million per adviser net of market movements. Yet advice is difficult to access because it is difficult to deliver at scale. Applying agentic AI to this foundation enables firms to remove even more of the friction which holds them back and to create more adviser capacity at scale. That is what our agentic upgrade is all about.
“Our vision is a world where everyone can access the financial advice they need and firms can service them profitably. Today marks one of the most significant evolutions of Dynamic Planner since its inception, with the agentic AI upgrade of our Digital Advice Platform. We’re providing firms with the technology they need to transform how they operate today, while laying the foundations for an entirely new way of delivering advice tomorrow.”
