Dynamic Planner, the UK’s leading AI-powered digital advice platform, has launched an integration with Plannr, connecting client records with Dynamic Planner’s trusted data, deterministic analysis and advice workflows. The companies have a long-term agreement, with further integrations planned.

The initial integration enables client information held in Plannr to flow into Dynamic Planner, while risk results flow back into Plannr. This reduces duplicate entry and helps advisers and paraplanners work from consistent information. Within Dynamic Planner, firms can use that information across client engagement, profiling, financial and cash flow planning, suitability and ongoing reviews – bringing together the advice process, not simply a risk-profiling task.

The connection adds Plannr to Dynamic Planner’s open ecosystem of CRM, back-office, investment platform and provider connections. The value is not integration for its own sake: accurate data can support reliable, consistent analysis and more connected workflows, helping firms reduce administration, create adviser capacity and enhance the client experience.

Further enhancements to the Plannr integration will be announced over the coming months.

Rowan Whittington, Chief Product Officer, Dynamic Planner, said: “This integration is about much more than transferring a risk score. Dynamic Planner brings together accurate client data, trusted deterministic analysis and connected advice workflows – from client engagement and profiling through financial and cash flow planning, suitability and ongoing reviews. Linking that advice capability with Plannr’s client records means firms can reduce re-keying at the outset and make better use of consistent information across their advice process.

“Our ambition is to help firms deliver advice more efficiently without compromising the accuracy of their analysis or the experience of their clients. We’re pleased to work with Plannr on this first integration and look forward to developing the connection further.”

Gareth Thompson, Chief Technical Architect, Plannr, said: “Integrating with Dynamic Planner has been on our wishlist for a long time, so we’re thrilled it’s now live for all our users. Plannr’s mission is to give advisers and their teams one place to work from the moment they log in each morning, with client data flowing freely between their tools and no need to rekey anything. This integration delivers exactly that, and the Dynamic Planner team have been brilliant to work with.”

Dynamic Planner connects with major investment platforms and providers as well as CRM and back-office systems, including intelliflo office, Iress Xplan, Time4Advice CURO and Salesforce. These connections support a more joined-up advice journey alongside Dynamic Planner’s own planning, investment analysis, suitability and review capabilities. The capabilities available through each connection depend on its scope; the initial Plannr integration exchanges client details and risk results.
