In this report, drawn from a survey of one of the largest advice communities in the UK – the 6,950 users of Dynamic Planner – 85% feel technology has improved their ability to serve clients, and close to three-quarters believe it is also helping them to meet regulatory requirements.
This year’s survey brings our first special topic: Spotlight on… New clients. We wanted to understand how and when firms are taking on new clients. Firms continue to identify significant barriers to serving lower value clients, but this suggests rich potential rewards for those who can find ways to overcome those obstacles.
