Sales Operations Associate
Role Purpose:
- To ensure that all administration required for an Asset Manager client to benefit from our services, is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
- To maximise the time salespeople spend talking to current and future clients
- To support legal, finance and other centralised functions on Asset Manager specific technical information
- To assist the Investment Services Sales Team in achieving annual revenue targets
Key responsibilities
- Processing administrative changes to Asset Managers and their funds and portfolios so that the details are accurate and consistent
- Coordinating the completion of the questionnaires that our current and future clients may require periodically or from time to time
- Researching and monitoring the retail investment market for new clients and or new products and checking the administrative information we hold on our current clients is accurate
- Any other tasks required to ensure delivery of the highest level of service to clients
- To manage cross-team processes and query resolution

- Retention of Asset Manager clients

Education & qualifications
Undergraduate/ postgraduate Degree in a relevant subject such as Economics, Business Administration Finance or relevant professional qualification.
