People / Talent Administrator
Role purpose
To undertake administration tasks associated with HR, recruitment, and facilities process and management. Provide support to the People team with a focus on core HR and recruitment of talent.
Key responsibilities
Attraction of talent
- Support the attraction of talent through collation of engaging documentation, in line with required process, messaging and employer branding. E.g. ATH, JD, Job adverts
- Be a first contact point for recruitment and ensure candidates are responded to in a timely manner, review candidates on Teamtailor (ATS), carry out initial screening and qualifying against job description criteria and ensure candidate notes / activity are captured in the system at all times.
- Co-ordinate and arrange interviews, pass candidates through stages of funnel in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience, flagging any issues and delays with Talent Acquisition Manager.
Pre-onboarding
- Support the pre-onboarding processes and issue accurate and timely offer / welcome packs
- Support the smooth on-boarding of new hires including Right to Work checks working closely with People Advisor / Co-ordinator and IT
During employment
- Life cycle – tracking probationary periods, creating letters, changes of terms and conditions as required
- Benefits administration and promotion
- Administration support with learning and development requests and tracking training activity
- Support with People Team communications so they are well written, and content is reviewed ahead of publishing
Offboarding
- Support the off-boarding process, arrange leaver letter, exit interview, references
Hybrid working
- Support with administration for hybrid working e.g. office, post/scanning, stationery, recruitment phone calls
Administration and support with company team events.

Education and qualifications
- Degree preferable in Marketing, Communication or HR related field.
- Strong English writing, spelling and grammar essential
- A Levels or Equivalent
