Support the attraction of talent through collation of engaging documentation, in line with required process, messaging and employer branding. E.g. ATH, JD, Job adverts
Be a first contact point for recruitment and ensure candidates are responded to in a timely manner, review candidates on Teamtailor (ATS), carry out initial screening and qualifying against job description criteria and ensure candidate notes / activity are captured in the system at all times.
Co-ordinate and arrange interviews, pass candidates through stages of funnel in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Manager.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience, flagging any issues and delays with Talent Acquisition Manager.
Support the pre-onboarding processes and issue accurate and timely offer / welcome packs
Support the smooth on-boarding of new hires including Right to Work checks working closely with People Advisor / Co-ordinator and IT
Life cycle – tracking probationary periods, creating letters, changes of terms and conditions as required
Benefits administration and promotion
Administration support with learning and development requests and tracking training activity
Support with People Team communications so they are well written, and content is reviewed ahead of publishing
Support the off-boarding process, arrange leaver letter, exit interview, references
Support with administration for hybrid working e.g. office, post/scanning, stationery, recruitment phone calls
Administration and support with company team events.
