Campaign Manager

Role purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven individual to help us define, execute, measure and refine an effective marketing strategy for our financial planning and risk management solution. You’ll deliver high quality, results-focused marketing campaigns delivering qualified sales leads, building the pipeline for the sales team.

You will need strong analytical skills and out of the box thinking to deliver creative marketing campaigns and will act as a role model for the rest of the team. You will be working at a strategic level as well as executing campaigns to ensure our marketing and revenue targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

  • Take accountability for demand generation targets and revenue contribution aligned to the marketing strategy.
  • Produce, own, execute and report on the marketing plan.
  • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that are aligned to the personas and sector.
  • Develop ABM programmes to successfully engage target accounts and move them effectively through the buyer journey.
  • Manage third party relationships where necessary to drive campaign activity.
  • Identify key content themes and ideas, creating briefs for delivery.
  • Build, optimise and report on email automation using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Co-ordinate with the wider marketing team, including digital, content, creative and events to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with the wider business including sales, product management, client success and subject matter experts.
  • Be a brand ambassador and drive consistency and high standards across our business.
  • Support the marketing function across the board as and when required.

Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience)


You will thrive in this position if you enjoy being part of a growing team where you can contribute ideas and help shape the marketing plan for financial technology sector.

  • Experience in developing successful B2B demand generation programmes, preferably gained from delivering into Enterprise and SME.
  • Proven track record of campaign management and demand generation.
  • Experience in running 1:1 ABM programmes.
  • Experience of using marketing tech such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • 5+ year track record of participating in successful campaigns.
  • Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns – ideally within the financial technology market.


  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Content writing aligned to tone of voice would be a plus.
  • Collaborate effectively and build relationships with colleagues across different departments and levels.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, advertising or related field (preferred)
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) (beneficial)
