Asset Management Client & Sales Executive

Location: Hybrid / Reading

Role purpose

Focus on providing excellent proactive client service and manage reactive interactions. Represent the Investment Services team to our asset management clients in support of building deeper and broader relationships.

Lead generation – acting as the first point of contact at the top of the sales funnel.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be an integral and highly visible part of the Business Development team. You will be responsible for identifying and progressing B2B new business leads into sales qualified leads for the sales consultants, using agreed sales processes.

Key responsibilities

  • To provide our asset manager clients with a first-class service at all times
  • Interact with asset managers to ensure the investment services we provide to them are delivered to their satisfaction on an ongoing basis
  • Providing proactive customer service to asset management clients understanding their needs and uncovering opportunities for the Investment Services team
  • Regular communication and feedback on behalf of asset managers internally to ensure we understand their on-going challenges and flag any issues
  • The primary point of contact for inbound support calls from asset manager clients, triaging to Investment Services team and subject matter expert colleagues
  • Arranging meetings between asset manager clients, Investment Services team and subject matter expert colleagues when required
  • Organising and delivering appropriate and up to date sales collateral to prospective and existing clients.
  • You will be given clear targets and expected outcomes which ultimately lead to new business and new clients for Dynamic Planner.

KPIs and measures

  • High levels of call activity
  • Client satisfaction – Net Promoter Score
  • Attrition control – through regular contact with asset manager clients flagging up issues at an early stage to reduce chances of attrition
  • Keeping accurate records of contact activity on Salesforce
  • Each asset manager is contacted at least once per quarter or more if required as agreed with manager
  • Developing own knowledge of the benefits of Dynamic Planner services available to asset managers to be able to discuss at a competent level
