Support and Training

All new Dynamic Planner users are appointed a dedicated representative from our Client Success team, to support them at every step of their journey with us, however long that is.

In addition and as you have seen, our Client Success team – based here at our Reading headquarters – are always on hand to deal throughout the working week with any day-to-day queries you may have and provide further support.

On top of that, Dynamic Planner users are invited to attend regular CPD events – our ‘Training Academies’ – which are held each spring and each autumn across the UK, enabling you to access face-to-face support and see latest enhancements to the system demonstrated live to the room. We also host two Annual Conferences at the beginning of the year in London and in Manchester.

As a user, you can access on-demand WebEx training, around the clock, to accelerate onboarding of key functionality at your firm, at a time that suits you and your business best.

Bespoke consultancy and training is available, personalised to your firm’s requirements and further enabling Dynamic Planner to be embedded most efficiently within your firm’s investment proposition. Training can be completed either at your offices or at our offices in Reading, Berkshire. Whatever works best. As ever, it’s your choice.
