FCA News

This week the FCA announces a significant request for information, aimed specifically at advice firms. Unlike previous FCA requests – which focused on metrics such as assets under management and client demographics –  this instance places emphasis on the suitability of advice and the processes firms use to identify and manage target markets, including characteristics such as vulnerability.
