Dynamic Planner AI Charter

As part of our commitment to working hand-in-hand with advice firms, Dynamic Planner have developed a five-point charter for the application of AI within the platform to ensure safety.

With AI a fast moving but still emerging technology, we have set out how we will use its application in a safe and secure manner. This dedication to responsible AI has allowed us to become the first UK FinTech to achieve the ISO/IEC 42001 certification for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems, providing assurance that our AI operations are governed by internationally recognised standards for ethics, transparency, and risk management. 

This charter covers 5 commitments: Data Security, Fairness, Transparency, Compliance, Responsible Use.

Data Security

We are committed to the highest standards of data security to ensure the protection and integrity of our clients’ data. Our policies include:

  • All client data is stored within trusted Microsoft (MS) Azure infrastructure, in the UK or EEA, in compliance with UK GDPR.
  • We maintain a secure environment, comply with ISO 27001 and GDPR, and encrypt all client data to prevent unauthorised access
  • Our AI models are deployed and run in our own secure infrastructure

Fairness

We are committed to developing AI systems that are robust, and fair. Our use of AI models:

  • Is designed to be clear and interpretable.
  • Is continuously refined to mitigate bias and implement appropriate human oversight.
  • Maintains a clear audit trail for accountability and trust.
