Talent Partner (Part-Time, Fixed-Term Contract)
Role overview
The Talent Partner will play a key role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience across the full hiring lifecycle. They will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, attract and engage top talent, and ensure a smooth and inclusive process from sourcing through onboarding. This role combines strategic recruitment expertise with operational excellence and a strong focus on candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines
- Attract, source, shortlist, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and methods
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, optimising recruitment processes and reducing time-to-hire
- Design and implement consistent, fair, and inclusive selection processes
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment service
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with People Ops
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment practices and contribute to people team initiatives
KPIs
- Time-to-hire for each role (target: within 30–45 days)
- Candidate satisfaction score (e.g. post-interview feedback)
- Hiring manager satisfaction and feedback
- Pipeline health (number and quality of active candidates per role).
- Offer acceptance rate
- Compliance with recruitment process SLAs (e.g., feedback within 48 hours)
- Onboarding completion and engagement metrics
Collaboration
The Talent Partner will work independently, as part of the People Team, and cross-functionally with hiring managers and stakeholders. The People Team includes the CPO, Talent Acquisition Manager, and People Advisor/People Ops.
Required experience
Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes.

- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, ideally developed through a recruitment agency background
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Skilled in sourcing strategies, including leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline processes
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions
- Excellent communication skills — articulate, engaging, and professional
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles with efficiency and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
