Sales Development Representative [3mth fixed term contract]

Role purpose

We are looking for the next hunter, with experience in and a passion for lead generation, to join our SME Business Development Team, acting as the first point of contact at the top of the sales funnel.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development SME, you will be an integral and highly visible part of the seven-strong Business Development Team. Responsible for identifying and progressing B2B new business leads into sales qualified leads for the sales consultants, using agreed sales processes.

Key responsibilities

You will be given clear targets and expected outcomes which ultimately lead to new clients for Dynamic Planner.

Your activity will be split between following up on marketing-led prospects from our marketing initiatives and events program (warm data) and self-generating leads from cold data within our CRM. Dynamic Planner is the industry leader in its field and so even cold prospects are likely to know who we are.

This is a unique and fantastic opportunity to get involved in the rapidly expanding FinTech space with a flexible modern company that has strong growth plans. There will be scope for progression, with lots of opportunities to develop as an individual and build a career with us as a sales consultant (or other roles) if that is your chosen path.

  • Experience in Fintech preferable but not required.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) preferable but not required.
  • Passion for technology preferable but not required.
